Introduction
This is a 600 mm direct-to-film printer with the powder shaker built in, so printing and hot-melt powder application happen in one integrated unit — and the two halves can still be run separately when that suits the floor better. It prints onto DTF film in an eight-colour set: CMYK with light magenta, light cyan, white and orange, at 360 × 2400 dpi from a 2.5 pL drop. The printed film then goes through a heat press onto the garment. It suits cotton, linen, polyester, nylon, wool, spandex and yarn, which is most of what a garment shop is handed, and two, four or eight Epson i3200 heads set the output rate.
