Epson i3200-A1-2 Print Head
The second-generation i3200 — the faster head, and the reason to specify a PLUS build.
The Epson i3200-A1-2 is the second-generation i3200. It fits the same machines as the A1 and is the head in the CS8 PRO PLUS and in the A1-2 build of the 2000 mm sixteen-head machine. Buyers routinely confuse the two, so the figures are set out below rather than described: on the sixteen-head machine, where both heads are quoted from the same frame, the A1-2 raises four-colour single-pass output by a third. We sell it standalone or fitted as part of a service job.

What the second generation actually buys you
Same frame, same sixteen heads in a 2×8 array, same ink set — the only change is the head generation, and we rate both side by side. Four-colour single-pass output goes from 600 m²/h to 800 m²/h, roughly a third more. Every other published mode moves in proportion.
